  • Estate Organization: The process of creating clear directories and lists of assets, accounts, documents, personal property, and personal wishes to ensure your affairs are managed according to your intentions.

  • Estate Planning: The process of arranging for the management and disposal of a person's estate during their life and after death, often involving wills, trusts, and other legal documents.

  • Intestate: The condition of an individual who dies without a valid will, resulting in state laws governing asset distribution.

  • Legacy: The lasting impact, values, memories, possessions, and assets you pass to future generations.

  • Payable on Death (POD): A financial account designation allowing the account holder to name a beneficiary who will receive the assets upon the account holder's death.

  • Personal Representative: An individual (executor or administrator) appointed to administer a decedent's estate.

We are not attorneys, financial advisors, CPA's, or realtors. However, we do work with any existing service partners you or the decedent may have had. If you do not already have trusted professional partners in place, we can facilitate connections for clients in these and other professional fields.

What areas and locations do you serve?

Our services are available nationwide, we are here for your in your time of need. We can support you virtually or over the phone with any of your needs. For clients seeking in-person assistance, we proudly service the great metro-Denver area.

How do you charge for your services?

Please feel confident in knowing that prior to any work with After Loss Advisors, we will review our available packages and pricing. Each individual legacy plan or after loss consulting package varies depending on the needs of the client, so we offer several options to best serve your needs. When should I start working with After Loss Advisors?

Short answer - as soon as possible! Longer answer - whenever you are ready. Planning ahead for our own estates or navigating that of a loved one can come with a certain level of nervousness or anxiety. Specifically for our After Loss packages, many clients find us in the weeks following the decedent's passing. However, we are able to begin providing guidance and resources to clients immediately following a death.
